Before you purchase, you agree to the following:
All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes. By completing a purchase or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set forth below in their entirety.
01 Definitions
“Buyer” means any individual, entity, or organization that purchases, orders, or receives products from Good Life Compounds.
“Company” means Good Life Research & Wellness LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company, operating under the trade name Good Life Compounds at goodlifecompounds.com.
“Products” means any compound, chemical, or substance offered for sale by Good Life Compounds, including research chemicals, peptides, and related materials.
“Research Use Only (RUO)” means that all Products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes and are not for human or veterinary use, clinical applications, or diagnostic purposes.
“Misuse” refers to any use of Products inconsistent with these Terms, including human or animal consumption, clinical or diagnostic application, unauthorized distribution, or any unlawful handling.
“Terms” means this agreement, including all disclaimers, policies, and provisions referenced herein.
02 Legal Disclaimer and Intended Use
All Products sold by Good Life Compounds are not FDA-approved and are not classified as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i).
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Human or veterinary consumption of any kind
- Injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application
- Use in clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic contexts
- Compounding, repackaging, or resale as drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics
- Incorporation into foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics under Section 201 of the FD&C Act
These Products have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, or any medical use. Misuse may constitute a violation of federal, state, or international law. The Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for compliance with applicable laws and safe handling.
03 Qualified Purchaser Agreement
By purchasing from this website, the Buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that they are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional purchaser capable of safely handling research chemicals. The Buyer affirms that:
- Purchases are solely for lawful laboratory research and analytical purposes
- Purchases are not for personal, recreational, or self-use purposes
- They are 21 years of age or older
- They possess the knowledge, training, and equipment necessary for safe handling, storage, and disposal
- They will comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, including the FDCA and TSCA
- They assume all risks and liabilities arising from handling or use of the Products
04 Buyer Assumes Full Responsibility
The Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the handling, use, storage, and disposal of Products. The Buyer is responsible for:
- Implementing appropriate safety and hygiene protocols
- Warning others of potential hazards
- Preventing unauthorized access or misuse
- Ensuring lawful and appropriate use at all times
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Good Life Research & Wellness LLC, its members, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from Misuse or violation of these Terms.
05 No Instruction or Usage Guidance Provided
Good Life Compounds does not provide instructions, protocols, or guidance for dosing, reconstitution, preparation, injection, administration, or any application of Products for human or animal use. Any inquiries regarding human or animal use will not be answered.
Good Life Compounds is not responsible for third-party content, including social media, product reviews, or blogs, which may be inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful.
06 Compliance with Laws
The Buyer must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA)
- Controlled Substances Act (CSA), where applicable
- Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
- State, local, and international chemical safety regulations
Products may not be introduced into commerce in violation of applicable laws. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
07 Monitoring & Enforcement Policy
Good Life Compounds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or refuse orders if misuse or non-compliance is suspected, deny service to any individual or entity, and cooperate fully with regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Confirmed misuse may be reported to appropriate authorities.
08 Limitation of Liability
Good Life Research & Wellness LLC and its members, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or misuse of Products, or from the Buyer’s failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws. In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
09 Sales Policy & Restrictions
Good Life Compounds reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse sales to any customer and to cancel orders without prior notice. All sales are subject to these Terms. The Company bears no liability for denied or cancelled orders.
10 Regulatory Status
Our Products are not controlled substances under federal law, are not listed on the FDA drug registry, and are not classified as dietary supplements. All Products are sold and labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) as “Research Use Only” items, intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes.
11 Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned or licensed by Good Life Research & Wellness LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
12 Privacy & Data Collection
By using our website or purchasing Products, you consent to our collection and use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including researcher registration data, shipping information, and order records. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate order fulfillment.
13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Mexico. The Buyer consents to personal jurisdiction in New Mexico.
14 Severability, Amendments & Acceptance
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure: Good Life Compounds is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments: These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or purchase of Products constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
Acceptance: By purchasing from or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. You accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and for the safe and lawful handling of all Products.
