Any inquiries regarding human or animal use will not be answered. The Company is not responsible for third-party content, including social media posts, reviews, or blogs that may contain inaccurate or unlawful information.
The Buyer must comply with all applicable laws including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) where applicable, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and all state, local, and international chemical safety regulations. Products may not be introduced into commerce in violation of applicable laws.
Good Life Compounds reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse or non-compliance is suspected, deny service to any individual or entity, and cooperate fully with regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Confirmed misuse may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Good Life Research & Wellness LLC and its members, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or misuse of Products, or from the Buyer’s failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws. In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
Good Life Compounds reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse sales to any customer and to cancel orders without prior notice. The Company bears no liability for denied or cancelled orders.
Our Products are not controlled substances under federal law, are not listed on the FDA drug registry, and are not classified as dietary supplements.
