All sales of research chemical products are considered final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. Research chemicals cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped due to regulatory requirements, product integrity considerations, and safety protocols.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery or without supporting documentation will not be eligible for resolution.
Where a claim is approved, Good Life Compounds will offer replacement of the affected item(s) or store credit at the Company’s discretion. Cash refunds are not available. The Company’s determination on all claims is final.
