01 — Company Legal Structure

Good Life Research & Wellness LLC is a New Mexico-based Limited Liability Company, registered and operating in good standing. Our business operates exclusively as a research chemical supplier under the trade name Good Life Compounds at goodlifecompounds.com.

We are not a pharmacy, compounding facility, medical practice, or health product distributor. We do not market, sell, or distribute products for human or veterinary use in any capacity.

02 — Intended Use Classification

All products sold by Good Life Compounds are strictly classified for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are:

• Not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Not intended for human or animal consumption or use of any kind
• Not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purposes
• Not to be compounded, repackaged, or resold as drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics

These restrictions are clearly disclosed on our Terms of Service, product listings, checkout flow, researcher registration gate, and all product packaging.

03 — FDA Compliance — Research Use Only (RUO)

All products are labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) as Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for clinical investigations or diagnostic applications.

Our RUO labeling and operational standards include:

• “For Research Use Only” and “Not for Human or Animal Use” on all product labels
• No dosing, reconstitution, administration, or usage guidance provided anywhere on the site or in communications
• Mandatory researcher registration and age verification (21+) before any product browsing or purchase
• Qualified Purchaser Agreement accepted by every buyer at checkout

04 — Product Testing & Documentation

Every product we carry is independently tested via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry analysis to confirm identity and purity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request for any product and any batch. COA documentation accompanies all shipments.

We maintain records of batch-level testing documentation and make this available to buyers, regulatory authorities, or financial service providers upon request.

05 — Packaging, Labeling & Shipment Standards

• All products ship in tamper-evident packaging with RUO labeling applied
• Packaging and labeling exclude any medically symbolic, clinical, or injection-related language
• COA documentation is included with or linked on every shipment
• Exterior shipping boxes are generic and discreet with no identifying labels
• Bacteriostatic water, where included, is labeled: “For Laboratory Research Use Only. Not for injection or clinical use.”

06 — Buyer Verification & Access Controls

Good Life Compounds operates a mandatory multi-step verification process before any buyer can access the product catalog or complete a purchase:

1. Age Verification: All visitors must confirm they are 21 years of age or older before accessing the site.
2. Researcher Registration: All buyers must complete a registration form including name, email, and researcher classification before browsing.
3. Qualified Purchaser Agreement: All buyers explicitly agree at checkout that purchases are for lawful laboratory research purposes only.

07 — Misuse Monitoring & Enforcement

Good Life Compounds actively monitors for indicators of misuse or non-compliance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where misuse is suspected, deny service to any individual or entity without notice, and cooperate fully with regulatory or law enforcement authorities investigating potential misuse. Confirmed misuse may be reported to appropriate federal or state authorities.
