01 — Shipping Overview

Good Life Compounds ships all orders from within the United States. All products are in lyophilized (freeze-dried powder) form and do not require refrigeration or cold-chain handling during transit. Orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly following payment confirmation.

At this time, Good Life Compounds ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping to retail customers. Wholesale and institutional inquiries involving international delivery should be directed to goodliferesearchllc@gmail.com.

05 — Address Accuracy

The Buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Good Life Compounds is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer. Address corrections after an order has been processed may not be possible.

06 — Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Good Life Compounds is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

07 — Signature & Delivery

Signature confirmation may be required on certain orders at our discretion. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or to make appropriate arrangements with the carrier for delivery.

08 — Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging and all damaged contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at goodliferesearchllc@gmail.com. Damaged item claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
