Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

01 — RUO Classification Statement

All products offered by Good Life Research & Wellness LLC DBA Good Life Compounds are classified and sold exclusively as Research Use Only (RUO) items in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i). This classification is not a formality — it defines the only lawful purpose for which our products may be acquired, handled, stored, or used.

02 — What Research Use Only Means

RUO means that our products are intended and suitable only for:

• In-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers
• Analytical chemistry and compound identification studies
• Scientific investigation in properly equipped laboratory settings
• Academic and institutional research under appropriate oversight

03 — What Is Expressly Prohibited

The following uses are explicitly and unconditionally prohibited:

• Human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application of any kind
• Veterinary use of any kind
• Clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic application
• Self-administration or administration to any other person or animal
• Compounding, repackaging, or resale as a drug, dietary supplement, or cosmetic
• Use in any food, drug, or medical device regulated under Section 201 of the FD&C Act
• Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or international law

04 — No Usage Guidance Provided

Good Life Compounds does not provide, and expressly refuses to provide, any guidance, instructions, protocols, or information regarding dosing, reconstitution for human use, administration methods, injection sites, storage for consumption, or any other information that could facilitate or imply human or animal use. This policy applies across all communications including email, phone, text, and social media.

05 — Labeling Standards

All products are labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10 and include the following language:

• “For Research Use Only”
• “Not for Human or Animal Use”
• “Not for Human or Animal Consumption”

No medically symbolic language, dosing information, or administration guidance appears on any label, packaging, or product listing.

06 — Buyer Responsibility

Every buyer who purchases from Good Life Compounds explicitly agrees that:

• They are acquiring products for lawful laboratory research purposes only
• They are 21 years of age or older
• They are qualified to safely handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals
• They accept full personal responsibility for all regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction
• They understand that misuse may constitute a violation of federal, state, or international law

07 — Enforcement

Good Life Compounds reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or report any order where misuse is suspected. We cooperate fully with all regulatory and law enforcement inquiries. Misuse of our products by any buyer may be reported to appropriate federal or state authorities.
